I need to learn AISC – American Standards! (Staff Memo)
Read more: I need to learn AISC – American Standards! (Staff Memo)“I am going to leave because I need to learn American standards!” I cannot understand why. When I ask detailers, their reasoning seems circular: For anyone who is feeling afraid or scared about Australian Standards and who wants “American Standards” as if it is a golden ticket – consider the following post: The “more opportunity”…

How can I earn more? (Memo 29)
Read more: How can I earn more? (Memo 29)Legitimate questions. In order to answer those questions, consider: Where is the money coming from? Why is the money being paid? How can I get a higher wage? If you want more, the only way to do this is to give more. The question you should be asking is: how can I give my client…

Memo 28 – Staff Moonlighting Policy
Read more: Memo 28 – Staff Moonlighting PolicyMoonlighting Policy I do not believe it is possible for someone to work for two entities at the same time: No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Adding Ferrule Bolt
How to create a Ferrule Bolt and Use it.
Steps Edit Bolt Catalogue. Add the Ferrule bolt in this case we are going start from BOLTFB1640 and create BOLTFB1655 Then we add a bolt Assembly catalog. Again we start from Bolt BOLTFB1640 and create BOLTFB1655 Then we use that in tekla to model the bolt. When you model the bolt make sure 1. No nut is used 2. Washer is on the head side. 3. Cut length is negative of the length you want. This decides the length of the bolt in report. Most important do not ignore — Take report and check.
