Tanti Avenue is a new structure that also had minor renovations to an older structure.
Steel has been added to existing roof chimneys and skylights.
The new dwelling was constructed using steel and timber. Our client responded TEK1 RFIs quickly. This project was completed by our team in time.
Tek1 has successfully completed the stair project for the reputed organisation in Australia .
There is not enough connection details in the initial design drawings. Tek1 has proposed most of the connections & client accepted it.
We have considered all the erection issues and provided the most suitable connections.

A new bridge on the Crescent right turn grade sepration over the Crescent and city west link at Lilyfield and Annandale at 4.6km west of Sydney Rozelle interchange and wester harbour tunnel is built for the NSW Government.
This bridge is more than 400m in length with approach & departure ramps. RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section) steel railings are provided on both sides of the bridge.
The barriers curve along the bridge and also the levels rise and fall as the bridge goes on. Two consecutive railings are connected together by a hollow connector. Refer to the images below.

Client wants us to change the connection design for roof steel. We had propose the connection details & client happily accept out proposals.
