Get the client schedule

On all projects going forward, we need to know the client’s intended schedule per type of product:

For each type of “product” e.g. Stair 7 – we need to know:

• Date of installation
• Date of fabrication
• Date of ordering material
• Date of IFC drawings
• Date of IFA drawings.

And then we must work backwards to provide them with this.

For every job, from now on, new or otherwise, we need to know this information.

I’ve heard this from clients before: they are complaining about things getting delayed. Most of the time, they are delayed because they do not pay on time – but sometimes, there is some legitimacy to their claim.

This must be implemented on this basis until we formulate or make it integral to the quote app.
